I am decisive, have a hands-on work style and have strong influencing and negotiating skills. I am people-oriented, upbeat and positive. I have a true passion for helping individuals and for the last 20+ years recruiting has been my outlet. I have one simple rule, treat others as they would want to be treated. I am an intellectually curious individual and my middle name should have been Tenacity. When I was 17 my Dad asked me what I wanted to do in life. I said "I want to help people", not the response he was seeking as he wanted me to be a business professional: accounting, finance, technology. I started out as an accountant but was never personally fulfilled or professionally satisfied. Combining my Dad's wish and my desire to help people I entered the world of recruiting and never looked back.
