• Prepare credit proposals of commercial clients for review by the Credit Product House• Analysing of business and personal financial statements for credit applications• Monitoring and managing utilization of agreed credit facilities• Providing research and analytical support to the Relationship Manager• Maximising business portfolio by cross sell opportunities and strengthen client relationships• Providing exceptional external and internal client service in support of the overall service objectives• Ensuring effective Data Management by ensuring expired limits are attended to and constantly updating the Data of new and existing clients on Siebel.• Coordinate administrative functions of the business portfolio• Acting as Relationship Manager when the need arises

•Assist with cash management analysis and reports •Prepare creditors control reconciliations as well as other general ledger reconciliations •Prepare analysis of various tax deductible expenses (e.g. overseas travel) •Issue and expense ICT’s for current accounts •Reconcile intercompany accounts •Process journals during the month end and at month end •Prepare VAT returns •Maintain the fixed asset register •Reconcile bank statements
