While at CHASE, I joined the underdeveloped Healthcare team as a 360 recruiter. I worked on new markets, this includes; Animal Healthcare, Optical and Dentistry. I identified new business and created an action plan on how to grow these markets. Here I grew my understanding of pinpointing a quality candidate and my LinkedIn skills.

My time at Hays as a recruiter was life changing, I ran a 360 desk on the engineering team. I have learnt countless skills during my time at Hays including Candidate/Client attraction, sales skills, people skills under the Hays training scheme and through my own work.
