• Plan and undertake scheduled Server maintenance, upgrades, responding to breakdowns (MS Updates, Server disk Clean-up, Win Backups, Restore, Logs health).• Resolve client's issues through Team Viewer, GoToAssist.• Manage incoming calls and request via phone, email, web.• Check software performance by testing on UAT server and suggest changes.• Update server on regular intervals to sustain optimum speed.• Perform SQL activities to maintain and extract data from database.Tools: SQL, SalesLogix CRM, Windows Server, ODIN
