TCW offers institutional and individual investors a wide array of U.S. Equity, U.S. Fixed Income, Alternative and International strategiesI was charged with managing the imaging application holding various types of financial documents. This application worked with File Net's line of products called Watermark 3.x. Integrated with GroupWise Mail system from Novell and also with various in-house developed systems. Using some of the very high end technology in-house generated statements were captured directly into imaging server with indexing information for faster retrieval of the documents. This suite of application was developed using Visual Basic 5.0/60, Crystal Report Writer 6.0/7.0, Watermark Developers toolkit and Group wise ActiveX controls.

I led a team of five designers and developers in designing, developing and testing a system for over 100 users. This system managed the information for 30,000 members and also interfaced to the overall 1.5 million member database. The system was developed using Microsoft Visual Basic for the client and Oracle Rdb 6.1 (known as VMS rdb) for the back-end database.
