I led the change in how the organization process flow and sets new standards in the Fund’s Projects.My main job includes Management of Projects such as Community Access Points (Computer Labs; Public Wi-Fi; Community Wi-Fi; Broadband connection, Technology Advancement Program and other Multi million dollars project (from initiating to monitoring); leading and been apart of Evaluations for multiple Bids and Projects; additional duties as the Security/System Administrator until the position was filled for all IT related Services and needs required; Verifying and checking and setting up ICT equipment ; assist with Training interns & new Staff; Assisted in the Training of TAP training for four (4) Parishes) and much more ICT and Project Management assignment.Other jobs include Livestreaming and the been the Audio Technician of Ceremonies, Events and Launches for the Fund (which includes the selection of Equipment, setting up and monitoring of Laptop, Camera, Audio System and more; Chauffeuring the CEO.
