I began my career and got my education in Sao Paulo, Brazil, where I am a licensed professional in psycho-pedagogy, which is a field of study in Health and Education that prepared me to help those with learning disorders and the difficulties of people, at all stages of life, with the learning process. The discipline of psycho-pedagogy addresses medical conditions and learning disorders, such as: autism, attention deficit disorder (ADHD), Asperger's syndrome, dysgraphia, dysorthography, dyscalculia, developmental disorders, dyslexia and difficulties with organization and planning. I am passionate about being part of an educational system that quickly identifies learning disorders/challenges and then finds effective solutions for them that will minimize the potentially traumatizing effects of repeated failure and/or poor performance.
