Technical Director, CEMBUREAU, responsible for:• The Technical Department management, including Economic Studies & Statistics (10 team members). • Strategically tracking and pro-actively managing a over 20 issues portfolio (Technical, environmental, promotional and health and safety matters)• Developing consensus positions among CEMBUREAU’s Members taking into account national and corporate policies. • Active and effective representation of the European cement industry towards European Institutions, international authorities and other international associations.• Maintaining industry skills and competences for developing and implementing the Association’s strategy on technical, environmental, promotional, health and safety matters.• Tracking and pro-actively managing EU standardisation process related to cement, concrete, Sustainable Construction, CO2 Monitoring and Reporting. Secretary of the CEN TC 51 Chairman’s Panel.• Playing an active role in the Association’s global management in close co-operation with the Chief Executive, the President, the Vice-President and the Board
