Loreal Dechoudens is a "business mom", who puts her heart into every endeavor she tackles. She studies Business Entrepreneurship at Johnson and Wales University, but also believes on hands on experience in the field. Loreal comes from a seasoned career in hospitality, business management, expansion and development. She began her career journey in the banquet, wedding, and events department of the world famous Seaview Country Club in Galloway, NJ, now managed by the Dolce Hospitality Group. The highlights of her career at Seaview was the involvement in the LPGA tournament, partnership with the Stockton University Hospitality program, and numerous large volume wedding and corporate conference receptions, ceremonies and lodging. Soon after Loreal relocated to Fort Myers, Florida where she began her restaurant management career and worked with the Phelan Family Brands, including, Pinchers, Deep Lagoon Fine Dining and Island Crab Company on the training and development of their new brands along the SW Florida Coast. Loreal made her way back to the "Jersey Shore" in 2018 in the midst of the dual opening of the Hard Rock Casino and Ocean Casino in Atlantic City, NJ, where she took the position as Assistant General Manager at Sugar Factory American Brasserie. In 2020 she was promoted to General Manager and traveled to Mashantucket, CT at the location in the Foxwoods Casino. In 2021, she joined the Black Star Hospitality Group within the Sugar Factory brand and opened the first Sugar Factory location in Center City Philadelphia as the General Manager. During this open of this project and construction on this site, she discovered her love for property managing and developmental projects.Loreal now currently oversees the Food and Beverage Department at the Renaissance Philadelphia Downtown Hotel in Old City. Which is home to 152 guest rooms, the Franklin Social American Kitchen and Bar, Lounge Bar, and over 3,000 sq ft of meeting and event space.
