I am a dedicated service coordinator with over ten years of experience advocating for seniors, families, at-risk youth and for LGBTQ+ support. My background primarily revolves around providing strategic and impactful communication and public advocacy. I am fueled by my passion for effective advocacy. This enables me to positively influence the public debate on important social issues and ensure that underserved communities have a voice in the policies that impact their lives. I am focused on leveraging creative problem-solving, implementing continuous improvements, and bringing solutions to the table to advance issues that help bring about systemic, lasting change. My determination to improve the overall quality of life for populations I serve has contributed to my most recent success at National Church Residences, where I developed an annual program by securing alternative grant funding that enabled consistent private duty care to be hired to build rapport and trust with residents increasing quality of care while positively impacting over 50% of cases. I am known for being imaginative, prolific, and persuasive. I am constantly seeking opportunities to learn and grow in environments that allow me to build solid cases for advocacy and drive necessary change. When I am not paving the way for a new tomorrow, I am making memories with my two children or binging on a new true crime series. I enjoy a good laugh, an iced chai latte and warm days near the pool with my daily devotional in hand finding spiritual strength to remain resilient and steadfast.
