My key contributions include:• Process Optimization: Designing and implementing checklists and workflows to streamline HR processes and ensure adherence to all mandatory regulations;• Drafting Key Documents: Drafting contracts, internal regulation policies, and collective labour contracts;• Stakeholder Communication: Maintaining continuous dialogue with employees and clients to optimize process efficiency and satisfaction;• Legislative Compliance: Offering consultancy on HR policies, helping companies unfamiliar with Romanian legislation achieve full compliance;• Collaborative Partnerships: Working closely with accountants, payroll specialists, and HR inspectors to deliver comprehensive HR department services, ensuring seamless operations and regulatory compliance.Recruitment SpecialistAs a Recruitment Specialist, I am actively engaged in the entire lifecycle of recruitment projects, collaborating closely with hiring managers to identify both immediate and long-term staffing needs. My current responsibilities include:• Developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies, mainly using online channels, to identify and attract top talent;• Creating engaging content aimed at appealing to potential candidates, thereby enhancing my recruitment outreach;• Keeping up to date with the latest recruitment trends and valuable industry insights, ensuring my clients receive informed consultancy services;• Providing consultancy on salary and benefits, with a specialization in the Romanian market, to help clients make competitive and equitable offers.

-Develop a good understanding of client companies, their industry (mostly: IT, BPO, Manufacturing, Automotive), work culture and environment;-Constant research and analysis of the market in order to develop and implement the sourcing strategy depending on the project (social media: LinkedIn, Facebook, Xing or other recruiting channels SocialTalent, GitHub, Hipo, Ejobs etc.), in order to create a relevant candidate pool;-Involved in end to end recruitment including searching, selecting, testing, interviewing and recommending candidates;-Manage an effective relationship with candidates throughout the recruitment project, and not only;-Career counseling by identifying interests, skills, values and professional issues of interest for candidates.
