Summary: In my first job experience, I quickly adapted and learned independently, despite the lack of formal training or support. The high-stress environment and significant turnover in the HR department (averaging one colleague per month) presented challenges, but I remained motivated and focused. My most significant achievement was doubling the call center staff from 50 to nearly 100 employees within six months.Key Responsibilities:-Recruited candidates across various sectors, including Production, Logistics, Client Service, Electronics, and Sales, for both white-collar and blue-collar roles.-Managed and strengthened client relationships while overseeing the entire recruitment process, from posting ads to delivering final feedback.-Led the full recruitment process for call center agents, specializing in both Italian and Romanian language requirements.-Conducted candidate interviews and coordinated final interviews with clients.

Summary: My HR journey began at Adecco Timisoara, where I gained hands-on experience with the recruitment process. Through a competitive university program, I was selected after multiple interviews to join the Adecco Permanent Placement Department as a Junior Recruiter Intern. In this role, I was responsible for posting and promoting job ads, screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and participating in interviews with qualified candidates. Additionally, I focused on expanding the company’s database to meet recruitment targets.
