Chimcomplex is a chemical company with the longest history in Romania, privatized in 2003, and listed on BVB.In 2017, Chimcomplex won the public bidding for buying the production assets of Oltchim, thus becoming the market leader in chemical industry in Romania and a major player on the CEE market. The transaction was signed for almost 200 mil euro and was to be closed by paying the entire amount in December 2018.Working directly with Group President and Members of the Board, my project was to define and implement the communication strategy for the transaction's final phase as any delay, negative media or internal turbulence could affect the financing process, thus the contract.

The vision of Innocence is to design premium garments for children for special occasions on two segments: baptism and girls up to 9yo. The strategy was to design proprietary patterns, work small series using high quality fabrics, competing with international brands.Results: - Two seasons collections sold out in the second biggest online shop for children in Europe, UK based, Alexandalexa.com, 2 years after the launch.- In Romania: collections were sold through own online shop and through partners’ shops, enjoying a growing base of loyal clients.
