As a Planner, I seek the possibilities of strategically exploring several areas such as product development, customer needs and market trends, among others, in order to provide efficient results based on wide data analysis.Before joining the corporate world, I had the opportunity to work for almost 3 years creating and producing academic researches, both qualitative and quantitative, focused on the expansion of knowledge related to product and branding planning, monitoring and management of successful brands such as Netflix and Apple.With over 5 years of experience in total, during one of my first leading projects, I was responsible to conduct a study for the second biggest beauty company of Brazil, O Boticário, that addressed customer behavior during Covid-19, commercial and economical sceneries covering more than 29 cities that successfully turned into an annual required document that maintained in-depth market awareness leading the way to a helpful tool that provided excellent results, achievements and awards.The challenges don’t stop. I have worked with more than 16 well-known brands in Brazil, including the government of the first capital of Brazil, Salvador, that is responsible for one of the biggest street carnivals of the world. I have proudly contributed to such fantastic event for two consecutive years. In 2023, the event offered more than 2,6 thousand hours of music, gathered more than 1 million people in the capital and generated more than R$ 1,8 billion reais to the economy. I have a proven track record of revenue generation and customer engagement, especially for enterprise businesses delivering growth through innovation and sales.Because I have been fortunate enough to have a diverse group of mentors throughout my career, I’m dedicated to paying that forward by pouring into others through leading, mentoring and volunteering. I actively participate in initiatives and programs that support children and pet adoption.Additionally, transcribing my personal identity, I am passionate about culture, maps, outdoors, narratives and classic english literature.
