I’m Lewis O'Reilly, Managing Director of L O'Reilly Carpentry & Joinery, with nearly 18 years of experience in the construction industry. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of leading teams on a variety of projects, including managing the carpentry for some of Virstrty Homes' first £1 million homes in Kenilworth, as well as working on numerous developments across Warwickshire and Stratford Upon Avon.During the financial crash, I gained hands-on experience across a wide range of projects, from new-build developments to civil engineering. Notably, I contributed to the M40 bypass as a shuttering carpenter before shifting my focus to high-end shop fitting on Oxford Street in London, working for prestigious stores like Selfridges and Harrods. After finishing shop fitting in my mid-twenties, I returned to the new-build industry, where I’ve spent the past nine years managing teams of carpenters across multiple developments for some of the Midlands' leading carpentry contractors.Now, I’m using the knowledge and experience I’ve gathered to help my clients achieve their goals, delivering high-quality craftsmanship and exceptional service through L O'Reilly Carpentry & Joinery. Over the next two years, my goal is to build a business that provides top-quality tradesmen to both the new-build and residential sectors, ensuring excellence across every project we undertake.
