As The Harmony Navigator, I am dedicated to creating safe, compassionate spaces for individuals facing mental health challenges. My journey inspired the founding of the Lorelei Molinari Home of Mental Health Info & Support Groups, a global charity offering free peer-to-peer support for those dealing with anxiety, depression, ADHD, autism, and bipolar disorder. What began as a vision for accessible mental health resources has grown into a worldwide initiative, supporting over 742 individuals so far this year through our outreach.My empathy for others is deeply personal, shaped by my life as a neurodivergent mother raising three children with ADHD and autism. Before founding the charity, I owned several businesses—cleaning services, and a licensed daycare—before returning to college at 38 to earn a degree in psychology. These experiences, coupled with my career in nursing, deepened my understanding of resilience and mental health, leading me toward advocacy. awareness and support.The Lorelei Molinari Home of Mental Health Info & Support Groups is built on the belief that no one should face mental health challenges alone. This was borne out of a medical crisis that left me voiceless and functionally impaired last October 2023. Our mission is to provide free and accessible, compassionate support globally.Our charity focus is on free peer-to-peer support groups hosted online via Zoom and WhatsApp, focusing on anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, and autism,etc. One major initiative is the USA for Africa Autism Awareness Initiative in Nigeria, raising awareness and providing resources for families managing autism. Another initiative we have is to get the word of God out to people In collaboration with Kirk's Minute Ministries, I provide coaching to individuals experiencing burnout, life coaching and to foreign freelancers navigating how to do business. My approach combines compassion with empowerment and basic business skills they are lacking, creating a supportive environment for personal and professional growth.Running this charity has had its challenges. As a neurodivergent individual, balancing my mental health, managing a global organization, and coaching a few clients to pay the charity's bills has been tough, but it has strengthened my commitment to helping others find their resilience.If you’d like to join us as a volunteer, donor, or participant, I invite you to reach out to me personally.
