Deskside support handles all day to day technical support and troubleshooting for contracted facilities. At Bell I was responsible for handling customer support and IT at the Winamac, Carmel and Mt Carmel facilities for Braunability, including 8 factories and office buildings. This position worked alone to manage the full upkeep and maintenance of user facing hardware and software on site.

The IOC at Purdue was responsible for monitoring the campus infrastructure and alerting responsible parties of any issues with the campus services, including but not limited to the hosts that manage all major Purdue applications, network infrastructure, data center services and research computing. I also provided support as a secondary CSC agent, providing client facing customer service and technical support.

IT Technicians at Rea are responsible for overseeing the maintenance of both hardware and software for the Lafayette branch of the company. In my tenure at Rea I implemented new solutions for network, line production, and software functionality within and around the plant.

Level 1 NOC agents at Charter are responsible for monitoring network infrastructure and call volume data to diagnose issues with customer facing services. The Colorado Springs facility services some of the most dense and highly populated areas with a footprint with over eleven million subscribers
