Lorelei Cole has worked in the Animal Care Industry for 10 years work that focused more on canine companions. Her drive was to work with wildlife, so she attended school and put her interests in environmental studies and fish and wildlife management. Lorelei understands that hands on experience is best when working with animals and prides herself on the knowledge she has obtained.Lorelei’s role as Field Operations Manager at Wild Goose Chase (WGC), is to establish, communicate, evaluate, and represent field employees to management. To be the eyes out in the field for account managers so they can communicate with customers. In the field my focus is on dealing with customers pest bird issues, mostly Canadian Geese using my trained border collie companion. Lorelei was raised in the western suburbs of Chicago where she spent a lot of time volunteering at local science fictions conventions. She took on many jobs and hobbies including; walking dogs, volunteering at an equestrian center, and interning at a wildlife rehabilitation clinic. She moved to Carbondale, IL to study Zoology at Southern Illinois University, then later after finding a focused interest she earned her B.A. in Environmental Science with American Public University. Besides her position with WGC, she enjoys attending fandom conventions, traveling, camping, cooking, and spending time with friends.
