Inventory• Identify the most appropriate supplier for the various designated products, determine availability, perform comparative pricing, and negotiate pricing, confirm quality of products, and establish delivery requirements/timelines • Control inventory cycle counts, spot counts and month end reconciliation process; research any variances and authorize appropriate inventory adjustments • Minimise overstocks and remove redundant and obsolete raw materials• Monitor of expenditure budget of all cost of sales regarding packaging, and stock / scanningPlant Code Generation• Oversee and implement weekly stock sheet • Ensure sub production department manufacture as per stock requirementProcurement• Supply Finance Department with monthly procurement requirements.• Source new suppliers, when and if applicable. • Ensure their products and services meet company part specification and or service delivery• Review the success of logistical functions and identify areas for improvement.Fitment Team• Ensure manifest and orders are processed • Manage fitment team to provide optimum customer service• Manage reconciliations and reportsTechnical Support• Serve as a point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance online and respond within 48 hours• Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions • Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers • Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel• Providing internal IT support to users and being the first point of contact for error reporting • Manage & liaison with IT outsourced company • Resolve all employees troubleshooting with regards to hardware and softwareCompany Vehicle• Ensure that all company vehicles are adequately maintained• Co-ordinate and participate in the investigation of accidents, incidents and near misses as they relate to vehicles
