  Highly motivated, reliable Residential Care Officer with 27 years’ experience in the Disability Sector. My career with disability services Queensland has spanned over a 27 year period during this time I have had opportunity to make a difference to many people’s lives as a direct care worker. I have applied for and taken opportunities for career development as they have presented them – selves. I have worked collaboratively with many team members and stakeholders to ensure quality outcomes for the people supported by disability services. I am a highly articulate individual able to work constructively and confidently with diverse cultures and situations in which respectful culture awareness and appreciation are integral. Genuine, Passionate desire to work with underprivileged individuals and to facilitate providing the resources and requirements to enable and enhance their lives. I am passionate and hard working.
