I am a target driven team leader. Helping others towards their potential motivates me to achieve my own. My current role in Democratic Services at Horsham Council is varied and fast paced. From planning upcoming elections and answering registration queries to clerking Council meetings and creating agendas and reports. additionally I support the Chairman of the Council, managing his commitments and organising Civic events with a focus on community and celebrating Horsham District. Previously I held the position of embedded coordinator supporting the children's services teams to ensure they can effectively safeguard children within the local authority. I was previously a Probation Services Officer in Guildford with HMPPS. I delivered interventions and rehabilitation work. Safeguarding is at the core of my practice. Probation is an opportunity to lift up others and assist them in achieving their goals and aspirations. I have 4 years of retail management experience, with in large and smaller stores. Customer service is at the root of every job I've done, I feel that my interest in delivering the highest standard of customer service has helped in my quick progression up the retail career ladder. As well as my attention to detail and organisational skills.I volunteer at Crawley Community Youth Service, working with young people and helping run youth club sessions.
