My greatest passion, first and foremost, is for learning -- a driving force in my quest at Appalachian State University to seek knowledge and experience in the areas I love most. As an undergraduate Psychology major, my long-term academic goals include obtaining a Master's in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and Human Resource Management before pursuing a career in a professional environment. Thus far, I have gained extensive experience in customer service throughout my years as a waitress, which has allowed me to hone skills such as the ability to deliver friendly and efficient food service, perform gracefully under pressure, and resolve guest problems to ensure customer satisfaction.
