I am a trained and schooled pastry chef and baker, I believe our retail system of sales has become tied mostly to the shareholder and less to the heath of the buying public. I wish I had the answer, I don't, but I will try my best to produce a quality product that the public wants and will pay for. Going to the Doctor used to be such a scary notion to me as a child, to put it bluntly I hated getting shots, who doesn't, but there was always that nurse to tell me everything was going to be fine. With organizational, technological and leadership skills, I found healthcare was a profession that suited me. After gaining experience in the industry, and receiving my medical assistant certification that I found healthcare was my future, now it was my turn to tell people not to be scared of the remedy of healthcare.
