Responsible for managing Leaders of Color, a program that recruits and trains Black and Brown leaders to run for public office. I manage daily operations of the program, including coordinating trainings and content, overseeing our digital presence and connection to fellows and alumni, and supporting our fellows and alumni in reaching their goals to improve education and representation for Black and Brown families across the country.

Responsible for managing national and state legislative action, conducting a wide variety of research, and keeping all staff informed on relevant news, events and happenings in the education policy and progressive political realms.
