Also manage the HR functions of a call center staff of 250 employees that sell technology based solutions to businesses, school systems and government.

Managed the Contract Negotiations / Interpretation and Discipline. Recommend policies. Participated in Arbitration, Grievances, EEOC, and NLRB Charges.

Independently manage the life cycle for approximately 1200 employees and investigated workplace incidents and employee grievances daily. Ability to deal with confrontation, time management and communication between production and upper management. Interpreted and influence policies/procedures, and contract language. Answered questions on HR topics and policies, including 401K, Worker's Compensation, FMLA, ADA, EEO/AA, etc. Multitask, balance priorities and work independently and perform analytical tasks while maintaining a high degree of confidentiality.
