We also run all Work Order jobs each night as well as the computer jobs at the end of each day.

Worked in the Information Services department repairing all Computers and peripherals in the CAW system, Responsible for installing all software and upgrades to make sure that a high standard of quantity is maintained at all times. This includes OS systems from Windows 3, NT 4, XP and ME, And any upgrade on each OS . I set up all PCs with all software needed for day to day operations. We repair all PCs as well as any networking issues the Lead Tech assigns. I worked at all 6 sites at the company.

My priorities include all current and future designs of desktops, portables and servers for mechanical and structural integrity in the user and shipping environment I am also involved with the design stage· of systems looking for any potential problems that could cause fragility failure for the storage devices. We then work with vendors to design proper packaging. Testing is then done to insure safe shipment of product I am responsible for all peripheral product fragility testing to meet - all dell specifications. This data is used to match against systems shock responses, stand alone and packaged, to insure peripherals fragility limits are not exceeded. I also am directly responsible-for all lab equipment. I set up calibration and maintenance schedules to maintain a high level of quality. I also perform all repairs on all shock and vibration equipment Worked with vendors to design new shock machines for testing computer peripherals

Lead production technician in charge of operators and technicians. . In was in charge of training personnel to build the new corneal analysis system. Worked with engineering and service to identify and help solve first production run problems. In addition I assumed responsibility over shipping to solve shipping errors and to help ship the product in a more profitable way. I worked with various shippers, domestic and overseas, to get reduced rates for shipping new products

I was lead over 6 technicians, aided in trouble shooting and day-to-day operation of the lab. My Responsibilities were the setup, running and maintaining of all test equipment. This included all testing of all computers, mass storage devises and package development. I assisted in problem solving in early product development and on first builds in the Factories. I worked in the supplier product enhancement and qualification process.

Started as a technician on the line and worked my way up to group leader in charge of 22 people. I moved into engineering, working on next generation geophysical research equipment. I moved into the mass storage group helping on the development of first generation storage devices.
