Loren has often found herself faced with a job that did not have much of a formal brief, a ridiculous deadline and very little starting information. None of this has ever de-railed Loren from formalising and defining the brief/requirements and then going on to deliver a first class job. On top of that she has never been afraid to put in the extra hours to make it happen. Her smile, personality and temperament enables her to effectively communicate and present creative concepts - and also handle the unexpected 'curved ball' that can appear from Senior Management/Directors. Loren is frankly awesome at managing a whole range of jobs simultaneously, (including briefing/managing suppliers). She ensures that she does not overlook crucial detail that is so important when progressing work through the whole approval process including our internal/external legal teams. The best bit is that she is truly fun to work with and has a great sense of humour. As a result Loren is not only able to manage mutlitple agencies and projects but she also really gets the best out of them. Loren is very self motivated and will action and progress work without needing to be prompted. Finally, should the need arise, she is always there to help everyone in the team when "all hands to the pumps" is the order of the day."
