Determine what a customer is attempting to accomplish and find solutions or alternatives to work around an issue. Write Knowledge documents for the ToolBook knowledge base. Troubleshoot and file bugs.Testing/QA: Write and execute test plans. Update, fix and write tests for Batch, a ToolBook application used to automate ToolBook testing. Run Batch on ToolBook builds and file bugs.Coordinate small services projects for a variety of customers.
