Since leaving Italy in 2010, I have worked as Restaurant and Event Manager for some of the most iconic and high profile venues in Central London. I have worked with a range of clients from technology, finance and VIPs. After dedicating over 10 years to the hospitality industry I have decided to focus on myself and become a better manager. Extremely understanding and open-minded I got a diploma in HR management in 2020, which helped me to stay focused during the pandemic. I learned techniques that make me a fair and passionate manager and I believe it is important to always lead by example and be mindful of others, no matter what your role is.Thriving in a fast paced creative environment.
