I am responsible for the daily Operations of 23 Manufactured Housing Communities across Florida, Mississippi and Alabama. Utilize my strong Operational background in Property Management, Project Management, State and City Compliance, Capital Projects, Vendor Relations, Human Resources, Curb Appeal to continually enhance communities

I met and vetted several insurance brokers to bring the best plans for the company and employees. I sent a survey to all team members and asked what they would like to see in their coverage. I was able to narrow things down very quickly.

HR and Payroll fell under one of the departments I directly managed. I worked alongside ADP to transition all employees to Zenefits. I talked and resolved any employee issues. I at all times ensured that as a company we were coming to resolutions the correct and legal way.

Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex

To assist and implement processes and procedures working alongside all departments, Directors and Managers. I will still over see day to day in Property Management, closing Facilitation, warranty, reception, HR as well as HOA management.

Supervised daily operating activities at the community level including support, training, motivation, and instruction for on-site team members. Collaborated with team on achieving all region goals associated with sales, occupancy, delinquency, revenue generation, resident satisfaction, community appearance and cost control. Directly oversaw capital.

Dallas/Fort Worth Area

As a Area Supervisor I was responsible for all day-to-day operations of 1586 revenue producing sites, built a very strong team, trained 15 CM’s with 3 of them being LIHTC communities on LIHTC, working with vendors, third party management and the Dallas Housing Authority to ensure that all payments were correct and paid on time.
