Coordinate and conducted a variety of project Management activities across multiple internal and external groups to accomplish product evaluations and implementations. Able to manage two new lunches within 9 to 12 new colors working with the finishing process for the development to production implementation as well on 5 different foam types and 6 through 10 Engineering Changes simultaneously, maintaining track record of delivery of 99.9% within deadlines and budgets.• Ensure flawless Launches and Engineering Changes (ECN’s) requested by OEM’s by monitoring gates, lead-times, P.O.’s and reviewing every single drawing and PPAP• Coordinate the APQP process to ensure that our product meets all the specifications requested by IATF 16949• Execute and evaluate Prototypes (PTR’s)and follow with customers in some instances.• During PTRs development the rejection was 12%, for production I was able to reduce the rejection by less than 5%• Full Ownership of Programs deliverables with the support of all the multifunctional team members (Materials, Production, Engineering, Quality, HR, etc..) close to 45 people involve in each project Responsible to buy new materials for all the built events and follow the internal ECN process until the supplier receives the Purchase Order (P.O.)• Due to tight timeline constraints with customers, I had to work closely with the suppliers to reduce time and cost • Responsible to coordinate Management Gateway review in order to review Launches milestones of each Project introduction and ECN’S to the upper management and multidisciplinary team on a weekly basis.• As an owner of a project we had to review very closely with the engineering team every process flow in order to minimize time and find savings during the prototype stage• In charge of OEMs like GM, KIA, FIAT, Nissan, Ford, Hyundai, and Chrysler• Support Engineering team to create saving on all the cardboard that was used for leather packaging. Impacting a $500,000.00 on savings.
