As Associate Partner for MNK, I provide and ensure the implementation to our clients services like:* recruitment, head-hunting, onboarding and exit interviews* leadership programms * performance management* new HR strategies& work company culture projects* executive coaching programs

In this role I fulfilled tasks like:* Promoting UVT in the business and corporate environment; connection between university and partner companies* Attracting the partners according to the WUT ongoing&future projects; attracting of the foundraising for the WUT projects, programs or events;* Increasing the relationship with current WUT partners for new opportunities/projects: students internships, Young Talents Academy or similar post graduated programs, sports projects & managers teaching for specific business acumen;*Proposing, planning and organizing networking events (meetings, work-shops, conferences) for growing the university presence in business community;* Designing the growing strategy of the WUT Alumni (community of graduates); create platform structure and content, propose expand community actions (Annual Alumni Gala, Dinner with Senior Alumni, Alumni CEO’s - inside the job etc);* Selecting&recruiting the volunteer teams for university events;* Induction and lead the volunteer team; delegate tasks/results;* Coordinate the auxiliary activity with logistic, marketing, supplying departments involve in events planner;* Propose contents, planning, implementing & following up the main WUT events: The Annual Graduation Ceremony, The Opening Academic Year, The WUT Awards Gala, Career Days by WUT &other specific events or projects (event site content);* Manage the WUT internship programs with private sector.

I love the changes, that's I chose the challenge of entrepreneur role, by following my passion for single origin coffee beans. Amoung of my this role, I had:*Administrate the new business concept (single origin coffee-shop) and manage the team;* Promote and implement a new concept of drinking coffee: the trade, history, benefits, farms coffee community and techniques tasting; * Create a young community to change the coffee habits (by particulary events and tasting actions)* Management of budget, procurement / suppliers, marketing actions, costs analysis;* Participation in various social partnerships/events for healthy life by healthy coffee habits.
