Current- Provide support for the issues that customers report to the technical support department via Zendesk;
- Analyze logs and solve errors that may occur on the Linux-based servers;
- Monitor servers using the Nagois monitoring tool;
- Troubleshoot website and e-mail problems using cPanel and WHM;
- Assist the inventory department in recording servers and their components in Netbox;
- Working on-call shifts.
