Reporting into the Global Total Rewards & Performance Director this position sits under the Corporate Total Rewards area giving support to different businesses (Corporate functions, E&P and Downstream) within the EMEA region.

Reporting into the Total Rewards Director for Europe, Middle East and Africa, this role sits under the Global Compensation team giving support to two out of the three company business existing within an integrated Oil & Gas Company (+ 20,000 employees), being that the Downstream business (oil refining, commercial, chemistry) and all Corporate Functions (such us HR, Finance, Trading, etc.).

Reporting into the Head of Reward this position sits under the Corporate HR department that build Corporate Policies worldwide and establish HR guidelines to ensure all regions are aligned. This role gave support to 82 countries all over the world (+ 10,000 employees), leading some Global and regional Compensation and Benefits projects.

This role Worked closely to the Reward Manager on designing and implementing Group Reward policies within the region (+5,000 employees), also holding a responsible position on HR Management Information and participating in European Reward projects. Managed all Compensation processes, some of them leaded, and implemented STI, LTI and commercial incentive plans.

Worked on Compensation & Benefits Management, holding the role of Salary Management Responsible in Spain for the last three years (+6,000 employees), with one people reporting into me. This role participated in a very wide variety of Compensation projects and some other related to other HR areas, both locally and at a regional level.
