● Oversaw the implementation of all student, family, and professional development activities under the grant program at assigned high school; currently serving 1100 families● Trained, coached, and developed a diverse team of 18 members: college tutors, college access professionals, and parent staff● Monitored student success metrics and made necessary adjustments to student initiatives to ensure stakeholder’s needs were being met● Worked in collaboration with school personnel - including principals, department chairs, counselors, postsecondary coaches, and other district personnel to align and deliver programs to meet the goals and objectives of the grant● Organized and served as lead chaperone on overnight college tours. Responsible for 56 participants● Planned, coordinated and implemented student and family activities intended to raise post-secondary awareness and access

● Designed a bilingual, interactive Parent Program Curriculum for first generation college families, incorporating a variety of adult learning principles, used across multiple schools● Mentored 6 Parent Coordinators and their teams through weekly one on one sessions and monthly professional development days, served on Parent Summit Planning Committee, and coordinated GEAR UP Parent Conferences● Facilitator at various grant events● Assigned to a high school as the grant’s Parent Coordinator - conducted needs analysis and designed workshop series and information sessions based on the needs of the stakeholders
