As a Digital Solution Manager I was working along the Global Medical MCM Oncology team, having the main goal to achieve their MCM and Insights & Analytics objectives through the deployment of a global strategy for the 11 top markets; ensuring successful delivery of a global dashboard where KPIs for traditional and digital channels were put together in a single place.

I worked for Pfizer for 17 years, my career there started as a business analyst assigned todevelop a pilot project for e-Detailing, which aimed to support the launch of a new anti-inflammatoryproduct, using alternative channels at low cost. After 1 year of implementation,results were successful reaching 8,000 dentists, which allowed implementing a full digitalstrategy for other brands in Mexico for the 3 next years. Subsequent years, I got majorexperience as a Regional and Global Client Partner, participating and supporting to Digitaland MCM Marketing teams in different regions, delivering digital solutions such as HCPPortals, webinars platforms, deployment of CRM for Field force and Patient supportprograms, and internal tools to facilitate and efficient the collaboration among teams.The last two years there, opportunities to bring disruptive ideas came up, so that ArtificialIntelligence, mobile applications, Software Medical Device and eCommerce initiatives tookplace; this allowed me to get experiences in new ways to engage with external clients,acquire more knowledge and foster the current digital channels offering.Close collaboration with Digital Marketing, Medica, Training and Commercial Excellenceteams, in the implementation of the Omnichannel program in Mexico, allowed me toparticipate and understand much better what the external and internal customers need interms of communication and products/services offering, where I could standardize solutions that could be deployed at regional level, leveraging the efforts and capitalizing experiences.
