I managed and delivered regulatory change projects across multiple areas of the Bank. I supported the definition and implementation of project strategies to ensure regulatory compliance for two high profile projects within Santander UK: Open Banking and Confirmation of Payee.

As part of Isban Business Consulting (Santander UK), I worked across different areas of the Bank: Retail Technology & Operations:I delivered 5+ projects for Retail and Business Banking customers using both waterfall and agile methodologies. My role included activities such as gap analysis of the as-is and to-be processes, project implementation planning, status reporting to Senior Management and post-implementation monitoring to prove success of the change.Corporate Technology & Operations:I worked on the design and implementation of the sales processes (i.e. Customer On-Boarding, Maintenance and Admissions) ensuring that technology deliveries met the business requirements. My role included the documentation and sign-off of business requirements (BRD), workshop facilitation to Front Office representatives, and planning and execution of testing (UAT and MOT). Once the solution was implemented, I trained users to ensure they followed the new process.

I supported Insurance and Banking clients in providing independent reviews of their IT risks. The reviews consisted of identifying areas of improvement in their IT processes and systems, developing recommendations, and creating plans to address the issues found. I supported on the remediation of the issues raised in the reviews.
