I have been working in Mexico Deli and Restaurant since its inauguration on November 2011. I startedworking as the help of the taquero. I worked preparing meats, washing dishes and multi tasking inanything that needed to be done. My interest in learning more about the industry has grown immensely. On 2013 Hector Ponce, owner ofMexico Deli asked me to help him oversee all aspects of the restaurant and in return offered to help mepay for school tuition in my path in earning an Associates degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management.
