The Local Representative is responsible for performing a few key duties, most importantly: -Performing an Initial Interview with the host family prior to the au pair's arrival. -48 Hour Welcome Call -Performing an Orientation with the au pair and her host family within 2 weeks after her arrival. -Make Monthly Contact with both the au pair and host family.
