The State Department requires that there is a Local Representative within a 60 minute drive of each au pair. The Local Representative is responsible for performing a few key duties, most importantly: -Performing an Initial Interview with the host family prior to the au pair's arrival. -48 Hour Welcome Call -Performing an Orientation with the au pair and her host family within 2 weeks after her arrival. -Make Monthly Contact with both the au pair and host family.

From the area of Human Resources of Industries Estra, I helped with the development of a program of virtual training program for the sales department personnel. The goal of this Virtual Training program was to Teach our sales department personnel all the internal processes of the company and provided them with knowledge to more adequately to sell the company’s products and understand the internal workings of Industries Estra.

Following the completion of my internship with Industries Estra, they hired me on as a full-time commercial assistant. In this new and more specified field, I began to further explore deeper into sales by being in close contact with clients, establishing strong connections, building my overall sales knowledge and understanding market analysis were all fundamental parts of the sales strategies that I learned as a Commercial Assistant.

Estra's mission is to provide practical solutions to customer's problems in the home or place of work. According with our mission, have good accountability and tractability in orders, make sure the order were delivered according to the exact specifications negotiated, and provide immediate solutions as necessary, were a part of my job duties as an University student intern. This required myself to be vigilant to problems, prepare quick solutions, train staff with Google applications, and providing me with experience in management of the Oracle platform.

Thanks to my family and their experience making clothing I started my work life at an early age. I managed to get a part time job as a sewing machine operator that also allowed me to study at the same time. Through this kind of work, I learned many things such as teamwork, reliability, detailed focus, and responsibility.
