Through my experience living in Sao Paulo, Brazil, the hub of entrepreneurship and innovation in Latin America, I bring a blend of ambitious educational pursuits and professional accomplishments to the table. My journey led me to Florida, where I earned a scholarship to pursue an MBA at the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College, with a focus on entrepreneurship. Furthermore, my professional background spans diverse roles in business analysis, business growth, and project management across startups, multinational corporations, and non-profit organizations. I am passionate about the entrepreneurial ecosystem and how it can drive positive social and environmental impact, and I am consistently eager to deepen my involvement within it. I embarked on this journey as a Business Growth Analyst at Endeavor, a leading global community supporting high-impact entrepreneurs, where I engaged with key stakeholders in Brazil's entrepreneurial landscape. Subsequently, I assumed the role of Project Manager at Empowering Women Globally in Winter Park, Florida, overseeing growth strategies, go-to-market plans, and partnership development. I also facilitated operations and communications, and managed its partners worldwide (companies, non-profit organizations, US Department of State, universities). My most recent experience at Village Capital, a renowned global non-profit organization headquartered in Washington DC, gave me the opportunity to serve as Project Manager for the IBM Hyper Protect Accelerator program, where I supported startups working at the intersection of technology, data, and social impact around the world. I was able to analyze and select a cohort of 45 startups from approximately 30 different countries, which put me in contact with various entrepreneurs and innovative tech solutions worldwide.
