Assisted the HR Generalist with employee files, data entry of employee records, prepared new hire paperwork, welcomed new employees accordingly, submission of EDD paperwork, maintained employee confidence & recorded proper messages when answering phones.

As a quality control specialist, I am in charge of testing and checking the specifications of the products in our warehouse such as blinds, drapes, roller shades, etc. Additionally, I am in charge of making sure that adjustments are made so that our clients are satisfied with our products. Lastly I report the inspected material and grade it on a basis of pass or fail and accept or reject.

At the firm I completed tasks in which the attorneys needed my assistance to draft correspondence, pleadings, discovery, exhibit and trial binders, filing documents with the court, and scheduled and met with clients via phone or in person to update them about their case.
