The HR Ventures & Acquisition team works with the companies that Accenture acquire and give support during the integration process in all HR matters. As experience designer we are human-centered communication experts who can support wide range of communication, collaboration, and learning needs during the process with the objective of make that complex process for the acquired employees as well as possible. Some activities that I perform are based on the principle of co-creation having conversation with acquired leaders, acquired employees, sponsors, and sponsoring organization into the overall integration approach. I organize cultural workshops to understand better both cultures, pulse surveys to measure the mood, I centralize the communications for all the areas involved in the process and define the employee journey with the most important moments until the Go Live (once the acquired company join Accenture).

As part of the People Integrations Team, we work to integrate to Globant all the People processes that come with the companies that we acquired. Starting with a hard-cultural integration, we move forward with the analysis and alignment on benefits and time off taking into consideration costs; with the Talent Integration in order to align positions and the alignment of Learning and Performance programs.Also I participate in the due diligence instance, analyzing the information shared by the new company and evaluating the possibles scenarios in terms of the People Integration.

I'm Leader of People Journey Team, initially for USA, India and EMEA. Currently I lead the team of Brazil, Chile and Uruguay. I supervise the processes of the area to ensure that we are complying and in constant search of continuous improvement: employee´s life-cycle administration, payroll inputs, control of vacations and supplies, billing of suppliers. Reporting for compliance with internal audits and SOX standards. I manage the forecast of the area with monthly revisions of deviations and projection of new costs. We work with other People areas: benefits, rewards, talent and development, in order to find together areas of improvement for employees and also for the People Team. Also I participate actively in the integration process of Globant´s acquisitions.One of my main achievement in this position was the implementation of Success Factors as the principal tool for self management for employees.

General administration of the payroll´s that Globant has in: Argentina, Latam, United States, EMEA and India. This includes tasks of:• Entry data in the system of the new hires• On-boarding process• Save and control employee documentation• Termination process• Monthly leave controls (vacation and other leaves)• Information preparation to be send to payroll• Process and analysis of the billing of private medicine companies and life insurance that we provide to the employees.• Also we are always attending our internal client: the employees.The mail achievement during this period was the implementation of People Doc, to keep all the documents safe under the same tool and to automate the hiring package for the different countries and kind of contracts.

Como consultora presto un servicio integral de atención a nuestras empresas. Por un lado realizo el manejo general de los recursos contratados por las mismas: altas y bajas de personal, control de ausencias, liquidación mensual de sueldos en función de las novedades, gestión de adelantos y anticipos. Apertura de cajas de ahorro para cuentas sueldo. Liquidaciones finales a personal dado de baja. A su vez proceso la facturación a las empresas de los servicios utilizados, aplicando los coeficientes convenidos. Y por otro lado realizo procesos de búsqueda y selección de personal: relevamiento de perfiles, reclutamiento de candidatos, entrevistas y presentación de ternas.

Control de gestión de los diversos departamentos que constituyen la empresa y de las sucursales; conciliación y control de cuentas corrientes; codificación, confección y registro de planillas de caja diaria. Tareas contables en general. Participación en otras áreas: • Área de tesorería: manejo de la caja general de la concesionaria, cobranzas por la cancelación de ventas y créditos y pago a proveedores.• Área de ventas especiales: organización administrativa en general, análisis de evolución de las ventas, confección de pedidos y seguimiento de los mismos.• Otras áreas: créditos prendarios y facturación
