In this environment it is important to respect and maintain confidentiality but have regard to the safe guarding protocols.As a LSA my aim is to ensure that students can integrate as fully as possible in the activities and make progress.I provide learning support for students in class or in 1:1 session using modified materials as required e.g. worksheets,games, visual prompt cards etc. Working as a part of a team, ensuring that the wellbeing and personal development of students enhance their learning opportunities and life skills.At the end of each session I provide feedback to the SENco and update student's targets on the specific server, contributing to the student's annual review.
