More than 20 years of experience in Packaging Graphic Design for mass consumption products, last years specialized in innovation, new concept developments and human-centered design for Colgate Latin America Personal Care products, where I led the creation of new graphic concepts and coordinated the implementation of artworks for all the different packages, developments for new brands, sub-brands and even new categories. In charge of Brand equity of global and local brands such as: Palmolive, Protex, Neutral Balance, Mennen, Caprice and the recent launch of Natureza Secreta sub-brand, among others, demonstrating commitment and leadership.Previously to my career as a Brand Design Manager, I worked as Mexico Design Council's Coordinator, where I coordinate during five consecutive years the Quorum Design Awards to the best Mexico design in class; this annual event took place at Mexico's Palace of Fine Arts for more than two thousand people, where I demonstrated my ability, as a leader, developing alliances, cultivating interpersonal relationships, and problem solving.I have been highly recognized for my creativity and professionalism, winning several design awards, as well as recognitions for continuous improvement and high performance due my orientation to results and having demonstrated excellence at all time.
