Associate Investment Coordinator
CurrentCoordination: Coordinate several teams within Symbiotics entities to smooth the investment deal flow. In coordination with relevant teams, maintenance of processes and tools, draft of non-standard deals (TPIs or Basket Bonds), organize Sustainable Bond Committees. Reporting: Support Head of Investments in performing management reporting tasks namely forecast yearly and monthly originations, Risk and Compliance reporting, validate to Accounting team the Direct Loan Portfolio. Creation of dashboards to illustrate financial metrics evolution (s.a. funding needs, repayments, origination, yields). Create presentations for Symbiotics Investments’ Due Diligence and for funds’ Quarterly Management Meeting.Project Management: business experts in the Pipeline Digitalization project and new Loan Administration Project. Leverage of the Power BI tool to digitalize reporting tasks. Lead in the Outstanding Business Rule project and in the creation of the division Factsheet. Support in the SDG Allocation Project and the Symbiotics Sustainable Bond Framework. Participation in D&I workstream, CSR committee and in the End of Year party.
