Liangan Power Corporation (LPC) / July 2019 – Present)Project Budget: $ 27,500,000Project Location: Lanao Del Norte• Conducts land acquisition negotiation with affected land owners • Arrange meetings with different level of local government officials including Municipal heads, Governors, DENR officials and DPWH officials• Coordinates and strategize security measures of the project with government security forces (AFP & PNP)• Submits periodic reports directly to the Operations Manager & Company President regarding construction’s progress/ accomplishment and cost monitoring,• Consolidates project concerns of general contractor (Guangxi) to top management and secure technical advise from consultants and legal advisors for appropriate course of actions• Reviews and evaluates general contractor’s (Guangxi) performance based on signed contract agreements and approved standards.• Periodically reviews site plans with consultants• Estimate and manage relocation of the affected community.

• Established Project quality plan which includes quality inspection and testing procedures based on local and internationally recognized standards (ASTM, ACI, ASCS , NSCP & DPWH Blue Book)• Prepares rectification methodologies for approval of project consultant• Prepares & submit periodic reports presented during weekly QAC meetings• Conducts pre & post construction activities of operations• Conducts materials inspection for prior acceptance for project usage• Conducts in-house trainings/ seminars on quality workmanship and standards to line supervisors, workers and business groups• Conducts plant visits• Company contribution(s):• Generated several QAC Standard Forms used in all DPI Projects (With significant improvements on QAC Department Process flows)• Formulated concrete design mix approved by consultant• Generated time & motion study for newly procured construction equipment – Self-loading Mixers and Carsilos.
