I have 18 years of experience in the microfinance industry linked to the cooperative sector, NGOs, foundations, and specialized banks, including MSMEs and Popular and Solidarity Economy Organizations; generating value mainly in the areas of financial inclusion, social and environmental performance, community and gender focus, rural sector and sustainable agriculture. My work throughout these years has focused on the Andean region of Latin America, which includes the countries of Ecuador, Colombia, Peru and Bolivia. Since 2019 as Investment Manager, leading the Investment team in the structuring of both senior and subordinated debt operations for financial entities and the granting of funding to organic agriculture, fair and sustainable trade projects, especially in the value chains of coffee, cocoa and banana.
