Input over 200 installation accident reports into the data system, ensuring accidents are recorded and filed appropriately to comply with OSHA 300 Log. Provided exceptional leadership, guidance, technical assistance and evaluation when conducting matters with customers and leadership. Independently conducted six installation facility inspections weekly to evaluate for potential hazards associated with work environments and to locate hazards or violations of compliance with OSHA, NFPA, or other regulatory guidance. Evaluated findings and developed written documentation for the leaders of that facility, with recommendations and measures to eliminate or control unsafe conditions or practices. Fort Bliss, Texas

As a senior industrial hygiene technician, conducted 3 comprehensive health hazard assessments (HHA) of industrial workplaces and trained 4 junior technicians on how to conduct HHAs. Developed and implemented the Industrial Hygiene in-service and on the job training program for 13 personnel; to include creating the annual training schedule, training checklist, sign in template and a training binder for all data gathered. Implemented the Industrial Hygiene Ergonomics Program; developed customer request form, checklist, and report template; assessed over 20 workers, reducing the frequency, severity, and cost of occupational illnesses. Proficient with Defense Occupational and Environmental Health Readiness System-Industrial Hygiene (DOEHRS-IH), Inputted data and trained junior technicians on how to input data into DOEHRS-IH from data gathered from the industrial shops assessed.
