CurrentProvide training and coaching to office staff to ensure effective job performance.Handle recruitment, hiring, personnel, and general human resources operations.Conduct training and onboarding for new employees.Supervise the work of associate attorney's, assistants, paralegals, IT, marketing and vendors.Create and maintain budgets for the firm, including expenses for personnel, office supplies, marketing materials, travel, entertainment costs, etc.Review invoices from vendors for accuracy and arrange payments.Administer payroll (verifying work hours, leave time, overtime) and benefits.Schedule staff time effectively to meet deadlines while minimizing overtime costs.Oversee the firm’s case management, contact management, and document management.Create, implement, and improve firm policies and procedures, ensuring compliance.Hold team accountable based on measurable KPIs.Prepare dashboards and status reports for the owner and future administrator.Manage challenging client interactions, resolving conflicts and ensuring customer satisfaction.Assists in the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns.
