Conducted a thorough review of the product details and characteristics and researched all potential tariff classifications . Ruling letters were drafted with the complete rationale supporting the tariff classification most appropriate to the product in question. Special attention was given to support the tariff classification with the most favorable duty possible. • Helped importers and exporters built their Customs Manual.• Planned, organized, implemented and controlled strategies, programs and processes to ensure contractual obligations were maintained in a manner which ensured good customer relations.• Independently met clients to ensure client needs were being met.
